At CrossFit Shift, we will constantly strive to offer the greatest training to our clients, forever expanding our knowledge and practices.

CrossFit Classes


Our CrossFit classes are designed to meet the needs of our large and diverse community. We have members of our military, doctors, lawyers, police officers, firefighters, stay at home moms, athletes, salespersons, grandparents, and children. Regardless of age or profession, you will benefit from CrossFit Shift. Group Coaching allows you to be a part of a community that will hold you accountable, support you, and push you to new health and fitness levels. You will be able to work with a professional coach at the fraction of the cost compared to personal training.

Each session will last 1 hour and will include: 
-General Warm-up: Mobility drills to improve and restore joint mobility and function 
-Specific/Skill based warm-up to prepare the body for movement 
-WOD- The Workout of the Day- which could be any combination of gymnastics, power lifting, running, jumping, Olympic lifting, kettlebells, squatting, and more 
-Post-workout recovery techniques to prepare you for the rest of your day and for your next workout.

QuickFit



Quick Fit is a high intensity, 35 minute class designed to get you moving, breathing, and more fit in a short amount of time. We will utilize bodyweight movements, kettlebells, rowing, biking, wall balls, jump rope etc. Don’t like lifting a heavy barbell? No problem! This class does not incorporate heavy strength training or barbell work, but focuses on light weights, cardio, and sweating. Think age is a factor? No way! These classes are designed for everyone. Our goal is to get you in, get you moving, and make you better with each day. Your fitness goals will be our top priority, while making sure you are moving safely and efficiently. CrossFit Kids



CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is entirely CrossFit geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of that population. Healthy living requires our kids to push, pull, squat, jump, climb, lift, throw and run. Unfortunately, most PE programs are too inadequate and infrequent to impact fitness. Most kids’ sports programs focus on skills and under-emphasize fitness in order to be more inclusive. We believe kids should be fit enough to try, learn, and pursue any desire they have. We know that strength and fitness boost confidence and are the foundation for success in every physical activity, especially sports. As the “sport of fitness” continues to grow, with fitness contests, CrossFit competitions, obstacle course races and more, there is no better training program than CrossFit and CrossFit Kids. CrossFit Kids builds strength, power, endurance, speed, stamina, agility, balance, accuracy, flexibility, and coordination. Additionally, CrossFit is great at building assertiveness and building ones self confidence. CrossFit Kids is scalable for all abilities and ages. Our Big Dogs (ages 12-18) classes are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4:15pm-5pm. Our LIttle Pups (ages 6-11) classes are Tuesday and Thursday from 4:15pm-5pm.

Competitive Coaching



CrossFit Shift has made 3 Regional appearances, with an individual appearance in 2013 and team appearances in 2014 and 2015. The sport of CrossFit is one of the fastest growing, most exciting opportunities out there for athletes looking to push the boundaries of human performance. Like any sport, CrossFit demands high levels of skill and coordination as well as strength, speed, power and endurance. Our competition program is designed to help athletes prepare for elements likely to be contested in the sport of CrossFit, as well as prepare them to be as adept and well-rounded as possible to excel in unknown elements of our growing sport.
